Learning never really stops. To sharpen job skills, standardize work processes, and build a more professional team, Kaleter held a company-wide training session this past Saturday afternoon.
Three sessions, three skill sets
The day opened with a session on financial reimbursement, covering reimbursement scope, standards, and proper receipt handling, walked through with real cases from everyday office work like travel, procurement, and business entertainment expenses.
Next came a deep dive into Bill of Materials (BOM) fundamentals, from basic definitions and material coding rules to preparation standards and the most common mistakes to avoid, giving employees a solid grasp of material information management.
The day closed with specialized equipment training on the chain feeding line for laying hens, covering structure, operating principles, procedures, and daily maintenance, so the team understands the equipment inside and out.
It was a packed, well-paced day. Employees now carry that training forward into sharper, more confident day-to-day work.
