Learning never really stops. To sharpen job skills, standardize work processes, and build a more professional team, Kaleter held a company-wide training session this past Saturday afternoon.
Three sessions, three skill sets
The day opened with a session on financial reimbursement — reimbursement scope, standards, and proper receipt handling, walked through with real cases from everyday office work like travel, procurement, and business entertainment expenses.
Next came a deep dive into Bill of Materials (BOM) fundamentals — from basic definitions and material coding rules to preparation standards and the most common mistakes to avoid, giving employees a solid grasp of material information management.

The day closed with specialized equipment training on the chain feeding line for laying hens — structure, operating principles, procedures, and daily maintenance — so the team understands the equipment inside and out.
It was a packed, well-paced day. Employees now carry that training forward into sharper, more confident day-to-day work.
