Complete parent-stock houses: chain and pan feeding with separate male and female lines, automatic nests, slat flooring and central feed transport.
Breeder farms are our specialty. A breeder house is laid out as one system: female chain feeding circuits, a male feeding line, drinking lines, automatic nests and plastic slat flooring on the raised area. We supply the house structure, the equipment inside it and the central feed transport that serves every house on the site.
Reference farms run 73,000 to 92,500 breeders in 120 m by 14 m houses. Hatching-egg graders and day-old chick trucks cover the two ends of the cycle.
What we supply
- Female pans for 12 to 14 birds and male pans for 7 to 9 birds, on separate lines
- Chain feeding troughs in 275 g/m² zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheet
- Automatic community nests for 120 or 240 birds per group, or manual nests for 100 birds per group
- Central feed transport with electronic batch weighing
- Hatching-egg graders from 23,000 to 92,000 eggs per hour
- Day-old chick transport trucks for 52,000 or 62,400 chicks per load
