Floor-rearing broiler houses with pan feeding, tunnel ventilation, cooling pads, environment control and catching cages, delivered as one package.
Floor rearing is the standard for North American broiler houses. We supply the complete house: steel structure, pan feed lines, drinking lines, tunnel fans, cooling pads, heating, lighting and the environment controller. Catching cages and day-old chick trucks cover both ends of the cycle.
Reference sites run 30 to 72 houses per farm, at 16,300 to 70,000 birds per house.
What we supply
- Broiler feed pans from 320 mm to 380 mm diameter, 40 to 55 birds per pan
- 5 to 12 feed-level settings per pan, in PP or PP and ABS
- Tunnel ventilation with cooling pad walls and staged fan control
- Environment controller for fans, inlets, cooling and heating
- Single-sided, back-to-back and automatic catching cages
- Broiler cage systems for markets that use them
