A company shows what it values in the way it looks after its people. Kaleter recently held its student support event for the school-age children of company employees, with gifts and good wishes for the students.
The event opens
The atmosphere in the room was warm and unforced. After the opening, everyone watched the company film together and got a closer look at Kaleter's culture and at the people-first thinking behind how the company has grown.
Gifts for the students
The gifts came next. The company had prepared a school gift for every employee's child, chosen to be genuinely useful. Each one carries the company's encouragement for the students in their studies, and its thanks to the employees behind them for the work they do every day.
The students speak
Student representatives came up to say thank you. The children talked about what school has been like for them, thanked the company for its support and their parents for their hard work, and said they would carry that encouragement into their studies and work for results they can be proud of.
A group photo, then the showroom
Everyone gathered for a group photo to close the ceremony.
The last item was a tour of the company showroom and production area. The group walked through at an easy pace, stopping to look, and learned more about how Kaleter has developed, what the company stands for and what its brand is built on. For the families and the students, it was a chance to see where their parents work.
Kaleter will keep up this side of its company culture, looking after employees and their families and supporting them as they move forward. We wish all the students a good year ahead.
