Today we're walking through Kaleter's steel-structure system — the frame that every poultry house is built on. With real installation photos, here's how the four module types fit together.
The complete frame system
The full steel structure breaks down into four parts: gable walls at each end, standard sections, diagonal cross-bracing, and the cooling-pad module. Every component is built to a unified modular design, forming a long-span truss structure with open interior space for equipment and walkways.
The four modules

Gable wall module — Columns, beams, and diagonal bracing at each end of the house, enclosed with sandwich-panel cladding and steel roof sheeting. One gable can carry ventilation fans; the other can be closed off or left with a doorway.
Standard section module — The core repeating unit of the house: columns, diagonal beams, longitudinal beams, and cross-bracing, enclosed with sandwich-panel walls and glass-wool insulation under the roof sheeting. Sections can be added end-to-end to extend the house to any length the site needs.

Cross-bracing module — Diagonal angle-iron bracing with mounting plates, reinforcing the whole structure for stability under load.

Cooling pad module — Hot-dip galvanized square tube framing built specifically as the mounting base for evaporative cooling pad equipment.
