On August 25, Kaleter closed out two milestones on the same day: the wrap-up presentations for this summer's international internship program with China Agricultural University, and a round of new-employee reviews.
International interns wrap up the summer
This summer, a group of international students from China Agricultural University joined the Kaleter team for a two-month internship. They worked with the International Trade Department, took part in hands-on training, and presented their results at the closing review on August 25.

Filip Hamdan and Gwokyalya Lyton Maria were among the students presenting. Their internship covered the company's cage-free poultry equipment line and export process, work that also took them onto a trade show floor.

China Agricultural University is one of Kaleter's school-enterprise research partners. The students said the internship gave them an international perspective on the team's work and a first-hand look at Kaleter's culture and China's poultry equipment industry.
New employees complete their probation review
The same week, Kaleter's newest employees gave their own presentations: a look back at their work since joining, what they learned, and their plans going forward, ahead of the standard move from probation to permanent staff.

Kaleter congratulates both groups: the new employees starting the next stage of their careers with the company, and the students returning to their studies with hands-on experience in the poultry equipment industry.
