In large-scale poultry production, feed delivery is one of the most important links in the whole operation. Kaleter's farm-wide automated feed conveying system replaces manual hauling and spreading with a fully hands-off process — central storage, precise weighing, whole-site conveying, and zone-by-zone automatic discharge — to raise efficiency and tightly control feed loss.
Central silos for bulk storage
Each farm is equipped with large central feed towers storing 1.6–33.4 tonnes of feed — the site's "grain reserve." The towers are built from premium aluminized magnesium-zinc steel for a strong seal, corrosion resistance, and moisture protection. Feed moves from the central tower through conveying lines to day-silos beside each house, ready to feed on demand.
One-touch central control
A central control unit acts as the system's brain. Staff simply set the feeding time and quantity on the control panel; the system issues commands automatically, with no need for on-site supervision.
Batch precision weighing
An electronic batch weigher beside the silo links to the central feeding system, managing delivery from central tower to day-silo to in-house feed bins. Weighing accuracy is within 1‰ at the silo and 3‰ at the in-house bins — precise daily rations and controlled feed cost.
Closed-loop conveying to every house
Weighed feed travels through a sealed main line and branch lines at a steady rate, reaching every house in a fully covered network. With options up to 3.2 t/h, the enclosed system runs dust-free and spill-free, is unaffected by rain or snow, and conveys smoothly without clogging — solving the time, labor, and uneven-delivery problems of manual feeding.
Electric drop valves for precise feeding
At each house, an electric drop valve handles final discharge. Made of corrosion-resistant SUS304 with a rotating structure, it prevents feed build-up, reduces conveying error, and includes position feedback to clearly report discharge status.
