Feeding

Poultry Feeding Systems

Pan feeders, chain feeding lines and central feed transport for breeder, layer and broiler houses. Sized to the house and delivered as one system.

Feed moves from the central silo to every house, then along each line to the birds. Nobody hauls a bag. We size the silos, the conveying and the feed lines together with the rest of the house.

Pan lines suit broilers and breeders. Chain lines suit breeders and layers on floor and aviary systems. Both run from the same central feed transport. Rotary spreaders cover flocks that range across the floor.

What we supply

  • Central feed transport with silos from 1.6 t to 33.4 t, built from 275 g/m² galvanized steel sections with a 60° cone
  • Electronic batch weighing links the silo to the farm feeding system. Weighing error is 1‰ or less at the silo and 3‰ or less at the house hopper
  • Breeder pan lines with separate female pans (16 grill sections, 12 to 14 birds) and male pans (8 grill sections, 7 to 9 birds)
  • Broiler pans from 320 mm to 380 mm diameter for 40 to 55 birds per pan, with 5 to 12 feed-level settings
  • Chain feeding troughs roll-formed in one piece from 275 g/m² zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheet, with a direct-drive motor, helical-gear reducer and an emergency stop at the drive
  • Rotary feed spreaders in stainless steel for floor flocks
