Safety starts with daily habits, not after-the-fact fixes. As part of this year's National Work Safety Month, Kaleter invited senior outside safety experts to lead a company-wide training session.
This year's theme
June marks the 25th National Work Safety Month, themed "Safety for All, Emergency Response Skills for Everyone — Investigating and Rectifying Risks and Hazards." The training was built around that theme, targeting the specific hazards employees encounter in daily work.

Rather than dry theory, the experts walked through real production-floor case studies in plain language — covering emergency response to various incidents and machinery/equipment safety regulations, backed by video walkthroughs so employees understand both the risk and the response.
Building on it going forward
This was a reset on responsibility as much as a training session. Kaleter will keep using Safety Production Month as a recurring checkpoint — regular safety self-inspections and emergency drills, with safety built into the daily routine rather than treated as a one-off event.
Stay alert, follow the rules, flag hazards early — that's how the whole team stays safe.
