Mobile Chicken Houses
Towable, insulated mobile chicken houses from 15 to 400 birds, with nests, perches, feeding, drinking and ventilation built in.
A mobile house moves the flock to fresh pasture. Each unit tows on a chassis with a hand-cranked jack and solid tires. The frame is galvanized aluminum-magnesium sheet with insulated panels. Nests, perches, feeding, drinking and ventilation are built in. Solar panels are an option.
Four models cover home flocks, pastured egg production and pullet rearing.
What we supply
- Chassis legs level the house, and the front towing hitch and hand-cranked jack set the height
- 20 kg/m³ fire-resistant insulation panels
- Laying nests with a rear collection table and hand-crank egg gathering
- Side windows that open by angle, plus exhaust fans on an independent control box
- Perches, adjustable lighting and an access ladder for ranging
Models
Hobby model
1750 by 1750 by 1900 mm. 15 to 20 birds on two levels. 12-inch fixed and 10-inch swivel wheels. 10 mm polycarbonate roof.
Single-tier floor model
16 m² floor. 6800 or 9000 by 2400 by 2600 mm. 180 to 200 birds. 30 to 50 mm insulation. Assembly or mobile version.
Multi-tier floor model
25.8 m² floor. 9000 by 3000 by 3400 mm. 400 birds. Fans, cooling pads, louver windows, lighting and a temperature sensor.
Pullet rearing model
144 birds in three tiers of cages, 12 cages per tier, on the same mobile chassis.
