Manure Handling and Environmental Equipment
Manure aerobic fermenters, wheel compost turners, manure belt dryers and exhaust-air deodorization for poultry farms.
Manure leaves the house on belts and goes into a closed process. The aerobic fermenter composts it into raw material for organic fertilizer. Exhaust air from the fermenter is ducted to a deodorizer. Wheel compost turners handle larger volumes in windrows.
Manure drying uses the house exhaust air. Above 10 °C and below 70 % humidity, the dryer needs no extra heat source.
What we supply
- Vertical aerobic fermenter in three sizes, insulated with 50 mm polyurethane for year-round fermentation
- Model H fermenter with 304 stainless-steel paddles and a magnetic-levitation blower, 25 to 30 % more efficient than standard fans
- Wheel compost turners with 1.5 m to 2.3 m wheels and spans from 6 m to 30 m
- Manure air-drying system up to 40 m long and 8 tiers high, on a 48-hour drying cycle
- Spray deodorization removes up to 85 % of the ammonia nitrogen from house exhaust air
