Kaleter has finished building a fermentation tank for livestock and poultry manure. It has been packed, loaded and shipped to the South Asian market.
The tank ships as separate parts for assembly on site. Each part is packed with care, which avoids damage on the long sea voyage and lowers the risk and cost of cross-border shipping. When the equipment reaches the project site, our technical team will assemble the complete unit, install it and commission it, so the project can start production quickly.
What the fermentation tank does
The fermentation tank is a complete manure treatment system that combines efficient fermentation, intelligent control and resource recovery. It uses the activity of aerobic microorganisms to break down and mature all kinds of livestock and poultry manure quickly. The manure is made harmless, and the tank produces a steady supply of high-quality raw material for organic fertilizer.
